John cares so much and is ready, willing and able to get into the nitty gritty to make our schools better. He isn't afraid of hard work and embraces using technology to make our district more efficient.
One time I was just making small talk with John about a project my daughter's Girl Scout troop was working on and a couple of logistical challenges they were facing. A couple of days later, out of the blue, John sent me an email with some excellent resources and suggestions. That's the kind of guy John is—he really listens, he's thoughtful, and he genuinely tries to help.
Smart, thoughtful, John brings integrity and balance in addition to leadership, business/people skills and community experience - the full package!
John has been instrumental in planning and organizing programs in our neighborhood for years. He is open to questions, and engages with a can-do attitude and thoughtful, well reasoned responses. He is a positive person who would make an excellent member of the school board.
